Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Be returned in the original packaging

Include all accessories and manuals
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank or card account.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but sometimes damage may occur during delivery.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@trendcrafters.co.uk.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for different products or variations.
However, if the same item is available in stock, we may send a replacement for the same product after receiving the returned item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service such as Royal Mail to ensure the safe return of your product.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
